Rental Policies

Weekly bookings run Saturday to Saturday.

The following charges also apply to all bookings:
* $75.00 Cleaning fee
* $350.00 Refundable Security Deposit
* 11% Required Taxes		 Dates and Prices are as follows:
Jan 02 - Jan 23 2010 $895.00/Week
Jan 23 - Apr 10 2010 $995.00/Week
Apr 10 - Dec 18 2010 $795.00/Week

Daily rates (minimum 3 days):
Jan 02 - Apr 24 $179.00/Night

Extra-person charges may apply.    Must be 25 years of age to place reservation.

Prepayment is required prior to check in and a required security fee of $350.00 that is fully refundable upon leaving the unit in accepted condition.

*Pets are NOT allowed

Check-in time is 3 PM and Check-out time is 10 AM.
